1) Once order has been sent, there should be no cancellation made or you'll be barred from future purchases.
2) All prices stated are stated in SGD$ (Singapore dollars).
3) Due to inevitable differences in monitor settings and the inaccuracy of a camera, photographs of items may not reflect the exact piece themselves and colors of the items shown might differ from the original piece. However, we will try our very best to get the nearest color to the original item and will not be responsible for any slight deviation in colors or sizing between product description and actual product. Size measurements listed are only a guide and there may be a slight deviation with the actual measurements. 0.5" - 1" difference in measurements are not considered as a defects. Do double check with our measurements before purchasing.
4) Before making payment, please make sure that all orders made are correct, including the items' name, size, color and your shipping address (if you opt for shipping). Amendment of order will be impossible once we process it for delivery.
5) For Pre-orders, it is only after you had paid the money that we will place the order for the stock. Hence, there will definitely be a waiting time before the item can reach you. (Do enquire more about the rough waiting time. Most of the time, it will be around 7-14 working days.) Therefore, if you cannot wait for the item to arrive / need it urgently, do refrain from purchasing pre-order items. We will not be responsible for late orders as there are bound to be times where the factories or shipping company delays shipment.
6) Goods sold are non-refundable (restricted to valid reasons / circumstances - read Exchange Policy).
7) We do refund for Out Of Stock items.
RETURN POLICY
A 100% refund will be given for defected items. However, picture proof must be provided within 5 days of purchase. (If you took more than 5 days to inform us about the defect, we will not refund you as the defect may not be caused by us.) Items must not be washed or worn before, if not, no refund will be given. After sending in your order, kindly wait for our email regarding invoice & payment instructions (check your spam folder just in case).
The invoice will include your items purchased, the PRICE of the item(s), the additional amount of shipping fee you have to pay on top of the price of the item and any other information that you should know (and INSANEpoints accumulated, if any).
After which, you may then proceed to make your payment to shoppersINSANE's bank account: 189-87789-7 . Payment should be made within 48 hours of receiving the invoice (unless we are told before hand that you cannot do so), or else the order will be cancelled.

After verification, we will inform you that we had received the payment. For the purchase of items from pre-order category, we'll proceed to place your order. Once your order has arrived, we will send what you have ordered to the address that you have provided. On the other hand, if you are purchasing items that are instocks (Collection items / Sales items), after verifying your payment, we'll send out your item on the next working day.
There are 2 kinds of postage mails that you can choose from. One of which is the normal mailing and the other is the registered mailing.
The price for normal mailing will be a flat rate of SGD$1 per item on top of the price of your items while the price for registered mail will be an additional SGD$3.30 for the first item and SGD$1 for subsequent items. Tracking number will only be given to those who opt for registered mailing. Also, for normal mail, we are not responsible for lost mails (which happens often). Therefore, ShoppersINSANE encourage all customers to opt for registered mailing, as it is safer.

For meetup, please take note that the procedures differ between the purchase of INSTOCKS ITEMS and PRE-ORDER-ED ITEMS.
For Meetup for the purchase of INSTOCKS ITEMS, exchanging of items and money will be done on the spot.
However, for Meetup for PRE-ORDER-ED ITEMS, we will have to meet twice. The first meetup will require you to pay the sum of the purchased goods. After we've received your order, we'll arrange for another meetup with you to pass you the goods. (Do note that meetups for both payment and collection for pre-ordered items is not recommended as it is troublesome.)

1) How do I join ShoppersINSANE's membership?
There are 3 ways in which you can join our membership.
The first would be to join existing promotion or giveaway (which will occur frequently) with prizes that may allow you to stand a chance to win our membership. The second way will be to purchase our membership at only SGD$5 or to get it for free with any orders above SGD$100 in a single receipt.
2) How do I know how much INSANEpoints I have accumulated?
Every time you make a purchase, we will total up the INSANEpoints you have accumulated and add it in your invoice.
3) How do I use my INSANEpoints?
When you are purchasing your items, simply add "I want to use my accumulated __ (number of INSANEpoints to be used) INSANEpoints from ___ (write your membership number here)" in the Additional Notes section of the Order Form. Do remember that 1 INSANEpoint is equivalent to $0.20 off.
To prevent the wrongful use of other's name and membership card, do ensure that you use the same name when filling up the Order Form as the one on your membership card.
Simply tell us what occasion it is (your friend's birthday, anniversary, chinese new year, christmas day, hari raya, etc) and we will choose the theme of the wrapping paper / box (you decide which one you want) accordingly. You may also ask for a picture of the wrapping paper beforehand! Do tell us when you need the present by, so that we can mail it or meet up to pass the present to you (depending on which mode of collection you choose) before the date!
This gift wrapping service will cost an additional SGD$3.50 on top of your item(s) cost.

We can delivery WHEREVER, WHENEVER & to WHOEVER.
This service is NOT like postage, but more of a friendly delivery service where we will surprise your friend. We can keep your identity as a secret (if you want us to) and let this gift be from a mysterious person so that the recipient will not know who the gift is from!
We will deliver the item you bought to your beloved friend / lover at the place and time you specify! You will make the decision, and we will carry on the service. However, if the event is to be carried out at an inconvenient time, day or place, do e-mail us for further discussion.
If possible, do also present us his / her picture so as to allow us to better spot him / her.
This delivery service will cost SGD$7 on top of your item(s) cost.
